STAT6

Identifies STAT6, a transcription factor normally in the cytoplasm that translocates to the nucleus upon activation. Nuclear STAT6 immunoreactivity serves as a surrogate marker for NAB2-STAT6 gene fusions, which are characteristic of solitary fibrous tumors/hemangiopericytomas, aiding in their identification.
